Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Booksi.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to business owners and their staff using the Booksi.ai dashboard, as well as customers booking appointments through a business's booking link.

Booksi.ai provides an AI-powered appointment booking platform that allows small businesses to:

• Accept appointment bookings through a shareable chat interface
• Manage bookings, staff, services, and availability
• Send automated email confirmations, reminders, and review requests
• Integrate with external calendars (Google Calendar, etc.)
• Receive payments via Stripe subscription

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account may represent one business; multiple accounts require separate registrations
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Access to the Booksi.ai dashboard requires an active paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Booksi.ai never stores card details
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• A free trial period may be offered at registration; no charge is made during the trial
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of the Service
• All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes where required

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal
• Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial months, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion for extenuating circumstances

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading communications to customers
• Impersonate another person or business
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

When customers book appointments through your booking link:

• You are solely responsible for fulfilling the booked appointments
• Booksi.ai facilitates the booking process but is not a party to the appointment contract
• You are responsible for communicating your own cancellation and refund policies to your customers
• The default cancellation window configured in your settings applies to customer-initiated cancellations

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

As a business owner, you act as a data controller for your customers' personal data (names, emails, booking details). You are responsible for ensuring that your use of customer data complies with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

• Booksi.ai and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright
• You retain ownership of any content you upload (business name, descriptions, photos)
• You grant us a limited license to display your content as necessary to provide the Service
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Booksi.ai software or design

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booksi.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, third-party outages, etc.).

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your subscription payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered address of Booksi.ai.
